Sowas can be used to emphasise a certain point. In this case it would mean "such". In other words, " you are such a dishonest person". It is always used in conjunction with "von" and an adjective.

Du bist sowas von klug.
Er ist sowas von blöd. Etc.

A better translation is "seid ihr immer noch getrennt?"
