You're right, It's related to eye.
It's the the eye that its eyelids aren't fully closed. "Seems to be big a little bit" 
Another meaning from another dictionary, It's the eye that seems to be looking above.   
It's really advanced word and it's the first time to hear it. Thanks to let me know it.
