NOM zavřená m.n., zavřené f.
GEN zavřenou
DAT  zavřenýma
ACC  zavřená m.n., zavřené f.
LOC zavřenou
INST zavřenýma

Zavřenýma očima (a-a at the end of both words), zavřenými dveřmi (i-i at the end of both words), zavřeným poklopem (m-m at the end of both words), so ... you cannot use pil se zavřenými očima (i-a), but it has the same meaning. Hope this helps. :-)
