What is the diffreance between situation and condition? could you bring some sentence? thanks

A situation is like what is happening. EX: John was in a bad situation. The situation was not ideal.
A condition can be two things.
One is the state of something, and the other is like a qualifier.
Ex: His condition was not good.
I will walk with you on one condition.
