to forecast VS to foresee
Hi guys,
I'd like know if there are differences with these verbs.

"Foresee" is not scientifical, more based on instincts,to know about something before it happens. "Forecast" is based on more solid data. For example: To forecast the weather. To foresee the future.

Gohar is correct.
Foresee is used in a personal sense. I foresee trouble coming your way. Another word that is similar is foretell. Foresee and foretell are mostly used in stories, especially the latter. During speech, it is more common for people to use the word predict.
Forecast is used in a professional sense, most commonly for the weather. The weather forecast for today is... Forecast is used commonly in both speech and writing.
