「To reach the island there's a noticeable distance. I cannot go there, there's too much to swim」
OK, first of all let's try to build a raft.
So decided, Haruzo, first, "to build it" (使えそうな、正しいですか?)took poles and planks from the warehouse.

行く = go
行ける = be able to go
行けそう = seems to be able to go
行けそうにはありません = not seems to be able to go
行けそう(seems to be able to go)+ には + ありません(not)
使う = use
使える = be able to use
使えそう = seems to be able to use
使えそうな柱 = poles that seems to be able to use
使えそう(seems to be able to use)+ な((adjective)) +柱(poles)
