Why use ”carry” ? Below text, Artrox Photography carries just-released products, along with lightly used equipment #Quotes from the TOEIC I think treat or deal instead of "carry" but not correct ?

It is the equivalent of saying "Artrox Photography has just-released products..." In this case the verb does not mean to physically carry something. For example, I carried the box home. The meaning has to do with what products the company has or sells.

Yes, in the context of this sentence, "carries" does not mean it's literal definition of picking up something. "Carries" in this case means the company HAS "just-released products" and "slightly-used products" IN STOCK. You could also say that "grocery stores carry many kinds of produce." "Treat" and "deal" don't make any sense in this sentence, so they are incorrect.
