John sees Mary opening a box of chocolates. John tells Mary to give some to Paul, who happens to be beside him: John: “Mary, PAKIBIGYAN MO ITO.” = Mary, please give some to this (gesturing at Paul). - John very informally refers to Paul as “ito”. Replacing “ito” with “si Paul” will make the statement "politically correct". :-)
