Is "You came to my mind" a right expression? ( "너가 갑자기 생각났어, 떠올랐어 " 가 영어로 뭔가요?? )
I discovered a book. I thought it is good for my friend to read. I wanted to recommend it to my friend.
When I found a book, my friend came to my mind.
How can I say?
You came to my mind when I found a book. Is it right??

Hi Jang Yun Jin. Although I would not say it like this, your meaning is quite clear. There are a number of ways of saying what you mean and it is probably a matter of personal preference which one you would choose. If I were saying this I would say the following
"I thought of you when I found this book"
