All of them are correct.  If you want to sound even more natural, I advise you to use siquiera/al menos/por lo menos before Mírame.

The three are ok, here in Argentina I would say that "Mírame por lo menos" and "Mírame al menos" are more frecuently than "mirame siquiera".
