It seems like a misspelling of "rider" which could have a lot of meanings, but I think is about being a gangster/pimp/bad boy. Haha. Was this in some rap lyrics?

It's a dumb slang word from years ago that no one uses. Basically a "Gangsta". Not used outside of the US.
