"I meant"
In Korean, how would one say "I meant..."
For example, to correct yourself or someone else. Someone misinterprets what you've said so you say "Actually I meant..."

Context:
가: 영국 가봤어요?

나: 아니요, 안 갔지만 적어도 한 번 가고싶어요. 제 할아버지는 영국에서 태어났어요.
재훈씨는요?

가: 저는 한국에서 태어났어요

With some edits, the conversation might go like this.

가: 영국 가봤어요?

나: 아니요, 안 가 봤지만 꼭[적어도] 한 번은 가 보고싶어요. (제) 할아버지가 영국에서 태어나셨거든요.  재훈씨는요?

가: 저는 한국에서 태어났어요.

나: 아니요, (그게 아니고) 영국에 가 봤냐고요?
or
나: 아니요, 제 말은 영국에 가 봤냐는 말이었어요.

가: 아, 아니요, 저도 안 가 봤어요.

"To mean" can be translated as 의미하다,  but "I mean ..." corresponds more closely to "제/내 말은 ..." or "제/내 말뜻은 ...".

To say "Actually I meant ..." or "What I meant is ...", we typically correct it and restate it: 아니, 그게 아니고 [그게 아니라 / 그런 말이 아니고], ..., or say something like "(그게 아니라) 내/제 말은 ... ~란 뜻이었어요" to be more formal.
