what's the meaning of "after I hit send..." ?
In the context, we're talking about the schedule. He says "seems it didn't work after I hit send". I dont quite understand it. Thanks for your help in advance.

Most likely they are refering to an email or cell phone, which has a "send" button.  In this case, they hit the button to send whatever message they had written or whatever record they were trying to make and apparently it did not work.
