Hi, I think it is called an "Ellipsis" which means "to hide" and has the same etymology of Eclypse and Ellipse: since it deals with the Sun/Moon eclypses on their orbits.
 
In fact this sentence hides "If (+ you)" which is the Conjunction (+ the Subject) introducing the part of the Conditional clause called " Protasis ".

Technically it should be called an "Ellipsis of the Conjunction and of the Subject" but I don't know if there really is a technical name for each of these phenomenons.
