what does 10/10 mean?
I saw a picture and it said: My reaction when a 10/10 walks past, the image was of a man who passed without a t-shirt walking next to a girl.
then I saw another comment that said: "so .. i see 10/10" and the image was of a man with his eyes wide open because he was flying a plane and gravity caused that.

If i wrote something wrong please correct me.

I seem to remember that there was a film many years ago called '10' about a perfect girl with Darryl Hannah!

I am unsure about this context, but it can sometimes refer to a point system.
So if you ate a good piece of cake, you can rate it 10 out of 10  on a scale of 1 to 10 meaning it is really good. so 10/10.
If the cake was bland, it could be 3/10.
Some people use this for appearance of people.  A really beautiful person would be a 10.
