I heard this sentence in "Stranger Things" (season 2, episode 2). A farmer said this when he was talking to a police officer about poisoned pumpkins. Police officer: So, you're telling me that Merrill poisoned your farm, because he thinks you poisoned his, which, of course, you didn't? Farmer: No, sir. And I got me an alibi the night he accuses me. My Jenny and her boys were in town. I was with them all night. Police officer: Did you actually see Merrill? Farmer: No need.
