That's a good question. Mostly I watched English movies added with Chinese subtitles, and I never noticed the reversed situation. I can't tell you the movies that fit your requirement, but I would say you can find lots of attractive Chinese documentary and most of them have English subtitles. Here are two keywords you can search on youtube, "国宝档案" and “舌尖上的中国”. Additionally, you can follow two state-owned Chinese channels "CCTV4" and "CCTV9 (or CCTV记录)". They may have what you want.

Oh, if you happen to be a Netflix subscriber, you could have access to a new Chinese detective drama 白夜追凶 (Day and Night), which has been acquired by Netflix and will be available to 190 countries and regions around the world. 琅玡榜(Langyabang, or Nirvana in Fire), which is a period drama set in a fictional historical background, is available on Youtube with English subtitles. well, fantasy movie, how about this? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LNzizqo7lGg It is The Myth (神话), coproduced by Korea and China (2005), and it is a very nice fantasy movie (with English subtitles). Just remember that it is in Mandarin Chinese most of the time, but occasionally some actors/actresses speak Korean or other languages. I know another movie The Great Wall (2017)(长城) was showed overseas, at least in the UK. But it is copyright protected, so it is only available on Youtube Movies (which costs a few pounds...) I personally didn't watch it. The remarks are not very high, I assume.

I don't know about youtube, and I don't know about "good," but I watched a series called Ice Fantasy on Netflix. It's terrible, but I admit it kept me hooked!
