Hallo,
"ausmachen" bedeutet hier, dass etwas keine große Bedeutung hat, nichts ändert.
Es hatte keine große Bedeutung für die Person, dass sie eigentlich mehr wie ein Junge aussah.
Ein anderes Beispiel:
Das macht nicht viel aus, ob ich das früher oder später mache.
