"Guided learning" means that you have a teacher or coach, someone to help you learn. As opposed to "self-guided learning," where you decide for yourself what books to read, what questions to ask whom, what practice exercises to do, how fast you want to learn, etc.

Guided learning, as opposed to independent learning, is learning that a person does with the help of a teacher, or at least some sort of protocol. (A protocol could be a list of resources or a textbook and online tests, for example.)
