Hi, Luiz, it's a Japanese animated cartoon named 'mujinwakusei (means Uninhabited Planet) Survive'.
As for the translation of song words, I'll try my best.
Because it's my first time to translate Japanese into English, big challenge!
この空が この風が この色が ( the sky, the wind and the colour)
もし消えてしまったら (if they all disappear)
僕らは 僕らは どうなってしまうんだろう (what is going to happen on us)
この海が この星が この夢が この時が ( the sea, the planet, the dream and the time)
途切れてしまわぬように (please never end up)
旅立ちだ 悩んでる暇などない (we are on our journey, have no time to worry)
無限に広がる未来に向かって (let's face with the unlimited bright future)
駆け出した あの日 裸足のまんまで(the day when I ran out barefoot)
信じていたい 変わらない愛達を (I believe the love will stay forever)
Okay, that's it,for your information.
