There are some difference between 으려고 and 기 위해서 ?
And I can use them with propositive and imperative sentence ?

-으려고 is more commonly used in spoken language than -기 위해서 is due to it's easy pronunciation. 
Both can be used as the meaning of "in order to".
But -으려고 has only can be used as the meaning of "be planning to,intend to" with a form of "-으려고 하다"
And -기 위해서 only can be used for propositive and imperative sentence.

등산을 가기 위해서 등산복을 샀어요.(O)
등산을 가려고 등산복을 샀어요.(O)

등산을 가려고 해요.(O) - intention
등산을 가기 위해서 해요. (X)

빨리 가려고 택시를 탔습니다.(O)
빨리 가기 위해서 택시를 탔습니다.(O)

한국에 유학 가기 위해서 열심히 공부하자.(O)
한국에 유학 가려고 열심히 공부하자.(X)
한국에 유학 가기 위해서 열심히 공부해라.(O)
한국에 유학 가려고 열심히 공부해라.(X)
