If your question was about the nouns converse and reverse, rather than the verbs already explained, let us know and I'm sure somebody will answer.
This is a good example of where a dictionary, or Google, will give a simple and direct answer very quickly, without confusion, so why bother asking here?

I think the question you may be asking is.
What is the difference between reserve and conserve?.
reserve = to save something or store something for later.
squirrels and other animals store food in reserve for the winter months or to eat after the winter months.
you can reserve a table at a restaurant for a later date or time. the table is saved for you.
Conserve = to protect from decay or becoming spoilt.
A jam(made of fruit) that you spread on bread. Is often referred to as a conserve,
In some languages, they use their equivalent word of conserve to refer to canned or tinned food.

Converse: to engage in a conversation / to talk with someone
Reverse: move backwards/make (something) the opposite of what it was.
