What is the coorect pronunciation of "either"
Lingvo says that it is [aiðə] but in films I have heard [i:ðə]. Do I hear wrong?

There are two pronunciations for the word either. You can pronounce as ee-ther or eye-ther.   It really all depends on your preference. Although the Americans the first pronunciation while the British uses the second one.
