Are both sentences OK?
If it snows all night, all the roads will be closed in the morning.
If it continues snowing like this, all the roads will be closed in the morning.
Both are correct, the 2ed on is more natural to someone who speaks Standard American English so if that is the ascent you're going for you may want to go with that one.
