「注意散漫になることなく、休まず/怠けず まじめに働く以外、(私にできることは)ありません。」is better. In this situation, "私にできることは"is not need necessarily.

注意散漫になることなく→without distractions
休まず(怠けず)→without rest
まじめに働く→work diligently
ほか→but
私にできることはありません→There is nothing I can do

And 「たゆまず」is nearly equal "work diligently without distractions and rest" .
So「たゆまず働くほかありません。」is also OK.
