The different between "enthusiastic employees" & "passionate employee"
I would like to know [enthusiastic employees] and [passionate employee] which is better to describe a good employee. Is it OK to use enthusiastic or passionate to describe an employee?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

I think no one would say 'passionate employees'. That's too much, and too emotional.
'enthusiastic employees' is also a little strange - 'enthusiastic' about what? that means keen to do something.
I think you need something else, like 'good employees' or 'hard-workers' or something' - "dedicated employees" maybe? - doing their best for the company?
You could say 'he's passionate about doing something' or 'he's passionate about this topic', though.

They are both used, however 'passionate' implies much, much more than 'enthusiastic'. An enthusiastic employee takes pleasure in their job, works hard and with dedication. A passionate employee loves his or her job more than his or her family, more than life itself: they lie awake at night dreaming about it, it is their lover, their religion.
Older people tend to use the word 'enthusiastic' because it is an accurate description of a good employee. Nowadays, however, the word 'passionate' is generally used, anything less than that sounds lazy or dull by modem business standards. The word 'passionate' is a gross exaggeration, and it makes me feel slightly sick when somebody uses it to describe their work, but business language has a way of being sickening: you need a strong stomach to succeed in business, as well as plenty of passion.

both phrases would be fine for this purpose.
Enthusiastic Employees are keen to work and to participate.
Passionate Employees have a real love of their job which would be deeper than an Enthusiastic Employee.
