"Die von Ihnen angeforderten Unterlagen habe ich angehängt." - "I have attached the requested documents to this email" 
"Die geforderten Unterlagen habe ich im Anhang beigefügt" - "I added the requested documents in the attachment"

Those three are the ones I probably use most :) Hope this helps!
