I've just bought a book trying to improve my english by reading it , but the thing is that I don't even know exactly the title means which is SIMON VS. THE HOMO SAPIENS AGENDA.

Does that mean Simon have to deal with a lot of gay problems or something？

Here is what Wikipedia has to say about the title:  “The name of the novel is a parody reference to the supposed "homosexual agenda", a pejorative term that was commonly used by opponents of gay rights in the United States until growing popular support for gay rights among the American people rendered the use of the term no longer acceptable in public.”
