How to use 'either that'? This is my try. The picture that I hung up last night fell down earlier this morning, even though I made sure that I nailed it on the wall firmly. The nail in the wall might've worked itself loose by the weight of the pictur, either that the wall might've been particularly weak.

'either that' is always followed by 'or'. The nail in the wall might've worked itself loose by the weight of the picture. Either that, OR the wall might've been particularly weak.
