What's the meaning of 'to the rescue and how'?
"He has come to the rescue this time."
Heard these from the video game FIFA.

“To the rescue” means you’re coming to save someone. “And how” is funny slang and it just empathizes the prior statement or someone might say it to strongly agree with the prior statement.
E.g.
Person 1: He’s cute.
Person 2: And how!
