Your question seems a bit unclear. At university you can take classes on-campus (at facility) or off-campus (at home). Both are the same thing on paper. The two forms of classes meet the same educational requirements to obtain an educational degree. In the United States (for an undergraduate degree - Bachelors), full-time is considered +12 credit hours within one semester. This is time spent inside of the classroom. Time is still required for studying, exams, homework, etc. Part-time is consider 11 credits or less in a semester. I have taken both on-campus and off-campus. Students argue that classes are easier in person, and the workload is less. Some students believe that studying from home provides much more flexibility to their life-style or schedule. The latter seems like they just skip the lectures and take the test at the end. Full-time means that you’re taking the required amount of credits during the semester.
