What should I change to be able to use "would" instead of "will"?

Notice what I've done to the "get." The sentences are still in the present/future, but because of "would," they are hypothetical. Which sentence is correct? If both are correct, do they mean the same thing?

It is fine with "will"  in all of the sentences you made.

A prize will be given to everyone who gets the right answer.   perfect!

1. A prize will be given to everyone who gets the right answer.   <-- gets the answer in the future
2. A prize will be given to everyone who got the right answer.
