It depends on what you mean. If you mean that you want to study a major in university, you can say. I want to go to university. (use the if you know what university you want to go) But if you are not student, but you want to enter the university building for some reasons, you can say : I wanna get into the university.

Hi again Mehrdad. English Grammar in Use unit 74 school / the school. "go to university" > a reference to attending/studying at university in general. "go to [name]" > a reference to attending/studying at a specific university. Ex: "...go to Oxford." "go to the university [campus]" > a reference to physically going to the (only) nearby university or the university that is currently being discussed. Can sometimes be a reference to studying at the only nearby university. Ex: "Are you still living with your parents? Yes. What are you doing? I'm going to the university." "get into university" > a reference to passing an entrance exam, submitting an application, and being selected/accepted/admitted. More common with the name of an elite university. "...get into Oxford."
