Why is "will" missing in the phrase "Before we lose you"? "Before we lose you, any big plans for the holidays?" It's about the future, isn't it? why not "Before we will lose you, ..."?

There is nothing missing! It would be incorrect to use 'will' or any future form in this sentence. Here's a rule (which very few italki English learners seem aware of): When you're talking about future time, you need to use a PRESENT tense after certain words and phrases, in particular: when if unless before after as soon as by the time
