It means the same both ?? 🤔 What's the best way to say it??

Nicki is right actually. They may mean the same thing but are different in actuality. You use a “comb” to comb your hair and a “brush” to brush your hair. Different tools and that is significant

It has to do with collocations, in this case, you can use both verbs "brush or comb" my hair
