Near , Near from, Near to,
Please what is the difference between them and when should I use?
Also, is there 'far' and 'far from?

I agree with the answer below. You can say near and far without to/from. Near from is not a phrase used but far from is used on occasion.

Near and Far don't require "to/from" to get their meaning across .
"He lives near the store." and,
"He lives near to the store." mean the same thing. So you can really use it interchangeably.
Unfortunately "near from' doesn't make sense grammatically, and I don't think I've heard anybody use it like that. But you CAN say things like "he lives far from work" and it's fine.
