1 - Are you annoyed [about] something? 2 - Why is the teacher so annoyed [with] us? Annoyed "in" is never used and is incorrect. Annoyed "with" is used when speaking about a person or thing, for example "I am so annoyed with her" or "I'm annoyed with this noisy chair". Annoyed "about" is used when speaking about a situation , for example "I'm annoyed about having to take this early morning class" or "He's annoyed about not being able to use his phone".

Hi, I think for the first example you could use about or with. with: "are you annoyed with him?" About: "I was annoyed about the whole incident" or "are you annoyed about the fact that he didn't invite you for his birthday?"... although you could say "annoyed by the fact" too, which in my opinion sounds more natural. But I'd go with "about" for the first example. For the 2nd one, with would be correct. ( I think... hahah ) I don't think we ever use "in" with annoy!

1= about ( if you are annoyed it has to be about something...the thing that is annoying to you). 2= with ( annoyed with someone in this case “us”).
