How do you say, ''I did do that.''
In English, if you want to emphatically say that something happened, you can say, for example, ''I did do that.'' It may sound silly to a non-native speaker, but we use that construction all the time. ''I did finish my homework.'' It's for emphasis. To just casually say you did your homework: ''I finished my homework.'' If you say, ''I did [do something]'' it is like you are denying something another person said, real or imagined.
Is there a similar construction in Spanish?

Creo que puedes agregar "ya" (ya hice mi tarea) o "sí" (sí hice mi tarea) o "claro" (Claro que ya hice mi tarea) o "por supuesto" (=of course)

In spanish we could say. "SÍ"
But in this case is only used if you are being accused of the opposite.
-Tú no hiciste tu tarea
-Yo sí hice mi tarea.
Yo sí lavé los platos, yo sí regué las plantas, yo sí visité a mis amigos.
Or ...
La gente no cree en fantasmas, pero yo sí creo que existen.
It's quite similar.

I think all the answers were good, but I had to choose one so the question did not remain open. Thanks to everyone.

Hi Adam,
My advice is:
- in speaking: add words like “si” and “ya”, change your voice tone.
- in writing: use exclamation marks and same words.
Aún no has hecho tu tarea.
"Si la hice!"
"Si, ya la hice!"
"Si, ya hice mi tarea!"

I think we don't have a construction like that in Spanish. To emphasize something we only use our voice tone
