Are both sentences OK? If you want something done right, you've got to do it yourself. If you want something done properly, you've got to do it yourself.

Hello! Regarding the first sentence: I would say that if you want to use "right" then it should be used like this: If you want something done in the right way, you've got to do it yourself. This is because "right" is an adjective (meaning precise or without error) which means that the noun "way" is missing. The second sentence is correct: "If you want something done "properly", you've got to do it yourself". "properly" is an adverb telling more about the verb "done" so that part of the sentence is complete. I hope that helps!
