***Ace up the sleeve vs. Ace in the hole***
Sorry. I wrote the same phrase twice in the question.
I read those phrases in different articles. According to the contexts (and a translator) they both mean the same: to use something you had prepared "just in case". A hidden advantage.
Do use use them that way or is there a difference between them?
Thank you!

Both of them mean a hidden advantage.
But an "ace in the hole" is a hidden advantage that the person earned legally and legitimately.
An "ace up your sleeve" means that the person is cheating.

Hi Andres, You are right they mean the same thing. The expressions both come from playing poker (cards).
An ace 'in the hole' comes from the way the cards are dealt, but an ace up the sleeve is one you've hidden, intending to cheat with by adding it to your hand.

Hello Andres!
"ace up your sleeve" means that you have a powerful and often secret weapon, advantage, etc., that can be used if it is needed. For example,
"The mayor's popularity among elderly voters gives him an ace up his sleeve for the coming election."
and
"ace in the hole" in this context is an advantage or a resource kept back until the proper opportunity presents itself. For example,
"His ace in the hole is his political influence."
So the meanings are similar but I think that you could say that "ace in the hole" has got a little bit more to do with timing.
I hope that helps!

Thank you Ian, I didn't notice it.
The two phrases are Ace up the sleeve and Ace in the hole
I just wrote a note with the update. I think I shouldn't write any questions when I'm already sleepy.
