richtig ist :
Die Wurst wird geräuchert und luftgetrocknet, wodurch sie lange haltbar ist.
( aber man kann auch sagen:
Die Wurst wird geräuchert und luftgetrocknet. Dadurch ist sie lange haltbar. )
