hi Balaji, as long as you have everybody's mobile number, it would be easy to broadcast your message about having a new mobile number: "hi, this is my new mobile number. (Indicate your name)." "hi, you may reach me at this number. (Indicate your name)." there's no need to encode your mobile number in your message as it will automatically register to the phone of the receiver. Don't forget to indicate your name as well. :)

yes try to send them message and tell thats your mobile no# but dont forget to tell who you are.so they can know who the one who send the message. Ex. hi this is my new mobile no# save it thanks Balaji cowboy....
