Hi Hailey^^ here's my 0.02c
Monday morning quarterback, armchair general, armchair warrior, etc are all "titles" of a similar nature.
Although hindsight, 20-20 has been mentioned, people with these titles usually give criticism (more than advice/hindsight) in my opinion. I guess it depends on the topic being discussed^^

"hindsight" is a very good translation.
There is an English saying "Hindsight is 20-20". "20-20" is a measurement of vision - good vision. Translated: "We always have the clearest vision when we look at the past."

"Armchair general"
It refers to a person that gives advice after some event - a game or battle for example, saying how they could have done much better. The point is that such people have the luxury of knowing what happened afterward. The people actually involved in making decisions don't have that privilege.
A "quarterback" is a position in American football. He is the leader of the team and is very important in making decisions while the game is played. Almost all football games are played during the weekend.
"Monday morning quarterback" refers to somebody that gives advice and criticism on Monday morning - after the game has been played - and says how THEY would not have lost the game. Monday morning quarterbacks usually show up for the losing team.
