A relation could start there, but has to move soon to reality grounds to be called 'love' in the first place. People need to get to know each other and mingle to experience real situations and see how it goes. A relation, that remains stuck there is not real, maybe a compensation for the lack of love in real life.

I believe we should only give our love to people who have proven that they deserve our great gift of love. Don't confuse your attraction to someone with love.
