It depends on the context.
如果你就说“我下班了” 你可以翻译：“I left work"
如果你说“我五点下班了” 可以翻译："I got off work at 5:00" 或者 "I left work at 5:00"
我们一般用"I got off work"跟一各时间词。比如说："I got off work at 5:00" 或者"I got off work early" 或者 "I just got off work".

i don't understand the writing but based on Nancy, you can also say. My work is finish. or My work is over. or My work is done.
