- "go" is to start, to move somewhere and begin a task
For example:
"I go to the supermarket"
- "goes" is present tense of "go" from a third perspective, in other words when you use "goes" you are saying what someone else is doing.
For Example:
"Michael goes to the supermarket"
- "going" is also present tense and can be used in both third-person and first-person perspective.
For example:
"Michael is going to the supermarket" [Third-Person Perspective]
"I am going to the supermarket" [First-Person Perspective]
- "gone" is past tense meaning if someone was "going" somewhere it has already happened.
For example:
"Michael has gone to the supermarket"
Note also that "gone" can also be used to describe someone that isn't there or is missing.
For Example:
"Michael has gone, I don't know where he is"

These are all different conjugation/tense forms of the same verb. Find a good book on English verbs and look at the conjugation tables under the verb "to go".
