Say me please which sentence is right: I like taking photos or I like to take photos.

Your example "I like to take photos" is correct but as The oxford book says the best form is "I like taking photos" if you are speaking in General.
Ex. from the Oxford Book : Verbs followed by either the -ing form or the infinitive
1. When verbs like can't bear , like, love, hate, prefer are followed by the -ing form, they tend to refer to a GENERAL activity.
2. BUT when these verbs are followed by the infinitive, they tend to refer to PARTICULAR occasions.

Both answers are right. "Like to do" is used to describe some specific activities you like them occasionally, while "like doing" is used to describe some activities which look like your hobbies.

Neither is incorrect. The first is simply present continuos.
