Can you correct this Chinese sentence please?
我真的希望现在他玩得非常开心。 I really hope he is having a lot of fun right now! Please also I dont want this to sound sarky but friendly and genuine!

What you wrote is correct. No grammar problem.
And if you wrote it like this, it'd be better for daily use: 我真的希望他现在玩得非常开心。

The sentence "我真的希望现在他玩得非常开心。"you offered is clear and coherent
这个句子"我真的希望现在他玩得非常开心。" 不用改啊 ，表达的挺好 ，没问题的。
