It's ちちうえ（父上）, not ちちえ. When you directly call your father(like to say "Dad!" to your father), you can choose any one of them depending on your preference. ちちうえ is the politest. Actually, it sounds too polite. You may hear it only in drama or movie. おとうさん is the most common way today. Other variations are おとうちゃん、とうさん、とうちゃん. おやじ（親父） is kind of masculine word. Many boys switch to use おやじ instead of おとうさん while growing up as a guy. If used by a girl or woman, it sound quite rough. When you refer to other person's father,　おとうさん would be the safest choice.
