If you mean "Okoshi"(お腰:おこし), it means "hip" in japanese. *I have commented this answer before Anadi explained the situation in the shop,so I misunderstood the word. After I understood what Anadi wanted to mention, I now know the meaning of the sentense should be: "Okoshui Kudasai mashite arigato gozaimasu! " お越しくださいまして、ありがとうございます(Or ありがとうございました) =Thank you for coming to my(or our, or this) shop

Correct Japanese is "Okoshi kudasai mashite arigato gozaimasu!(お越しくださいましてありがとうございます!)" It means "Thank you very much for coming to our shop!".
